Budgets & Forecasts
Clear financial roadmaps that help you plan, prioritise and move forward with confidence.
What’s the difference between a budget and a forecast?
A budget is a fixed plan, usually for a 12-month period, based on your best estimate of your company’s expected performance.
A forecast is more of a flexible prediction, updated with real results as they come in, to help predict the remainder of the trading period.
These models should consist of a Profit and loss, Balance sheet and Cashflow so you can see the full picture of how the business is expected to perform.
At Hills FD Services, I create tailored budgets and forecasts that reflect how your business actually operates, giving you clarity today and confidence in the future.
